Meet the Owner
Halil, better known as Al, came to the U.S. from Montenegro and opened Big Cheese Pizza in 2003. Since then, he's proudly served the Middletown community with fresh, unforgettable pizza. His sons now work alongside him in the shop and plans to carry on the family tradition for years to come.
Big Cheese Opens
Halil opened Big Cheese Pizza and began serving the Middletown community with fresh, handmade pizza.
Menu Expanded
New specialty pizzas and sides were introduced, offering more variety and flavors for every craving.
Expanded to Fish & Chips
Opened a second restaurant next door named "Fish and Chips", expanding the family operation.
Family Tradition Continues
Halil’s sons joined the business, working side-by-side with their father and continuing the legacy.
